These terms and conditions pertain to delegate registrations for all public training courses (referred to as an "Event") organized by Milestones. Please read them attentively, as they contain crucial information. By submitting your registration, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms. Should you disagree with these terms, Milestones will be unable to accept your registration.

Your registration serves as an offer to Milestones, expressing your intention to attend an Event. All registrations are subject to approval by Milestones, which will be confirmed in written form (including email correspondence). A formal contract between you and Milestones will be established when this confirmation is sent to you, regardless of whether you receive it. However, if confirmation is not dispatched within 14 days of receiving your registration, it will be considered confirmed unless we notify you otherwise. Milestones reserves the right to decline any registration.

Full payment for the Event must be received by Milestones according to its payment terms, as periodically updated, and must be completed no later than 48 hours before the Event. Failure to provide full payment before the Event may result, at Milestones' sole discretion and without liability, in a requirement for payment as a condition for entry to the Event or refusal of entry altogether. No refunds, partial or otherwise, will be issued for fees already paid if entry to an Event is denied under this clause.

Discounts for group registrations are valid only for the specified number of delegates. Should the number of attending delegates be fewer than initially specified due to cancellations or absentees, Milestones retains the right to adjust fees according to the actual number of attending delegates. This adjustment will be made in accordance with Milestones' published prices at that time.

Prices for each Event are accurate at the time of publication. However, Milestones reserves the right to modify prices at its discretion. Nonetheless, such changes will not affect registrations that have already been confirmed by Milestones.

Cancellation Policy:

a. In-Person Events (Courses): If you cancel your registration 60 days or more before the In-Person event, you will receive a refund of your fees paid, subject to an administration charge equivalent to 10% of the total fees (plus applicable VAT). Cancellations within 60 days of the event or failing to attend will result in the full fee remaining payable. In case a cancellation affects a multi-registration discount, the least valuable registration will be canceled first. Cancellations must be submitted via email to training@milestones.ps, marked for the attention of Customer Services Cancellation, and must be received by us. You acknowledge that the refund of your fees is your sole remedy in the event of your cancellation, and all other liabilities are excluded.

b. Online Events, LIVE Online Courses, and Online Programs: For these events, canceling 5 days before the course start date allows for a refund of fees paid, a replacement delegate in your place, or a 20% charge in case of a no-show. Cancellations within 5 days of the course start date or failure to attend will result in a 100% payable fee. Cancellations should be sent by email to training@milestones.ps, marked for the attention of Customer Services Cancellation.
 

Milestones reserves the right to cancel, alter the program, change the venue, speaker, or topics of the course due to unforeseen circumstances.

You're welcome to substitute delegates at any time, but registrations are issued for personal use only. You may not purchase registrations as an agent for a third party, sell or transfer your registration to others, or exploit the registration commercially or non-commercially.

Registration transfers to an alternative course are allowed if the new course takes place within 3 months of the original course date. Transfers are subject to availability and payment of any additional fees required for the alternative course. No refund will be provided upon transfer, and transfers between courses are permitted only once. Transferred registrations cannot be canceled, and the full fees will remain payable. Transferring registrations between conferences is not permitted.

Milestones retains the right, without liability, to modify the Event's format, participants, content, location, timing, or any other aspect.

Milestones may postpone or cancel an Event at any time for any reason. In case of postponement, your registration will be valid for the rescheduled Event. If Milestones postpones or cancels an Event and you no longer wish to attend, you may choose between a credit note or a refund for the full registration fees. You acknowledge that the credit note or refund (or continued registration validity) in case of postponement or cancellation is your sole remedy, and all other liabilities are excluded.

Milestones reserves the right to refuse admission to, or eject from the Event, any person at its discretion, including those who fail to comply with these terms, pose a security risk, or disrupt the Event's proceedings. You agree to follow all reasonable instructions issued by Milestones or the venue owners during the Event.

Unauthorized photography, recording, or transmitting of audio or visual content, data, or information is strictly prohibited. You consent to being filmed, sound recorded, or photographed during the Event, and you grant Milestones permission to use such recordings or photography worldwide for promotional, marketing, and other purposes.

Your personal information may be shared with government entities and regulatory authorities as required by law. The use of your personal information by such entities is beyond Milestones' control, and we assume no liability in this regard. Milestones is not liable for loss, injury, or damage to individuals or property at the Event. All indemnities, warranties, terms, and conditions (express or implied) are excluded. Milestones accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the Event, or otherwise. If Milestones is liable, its total liability is limited to the amount of registration fees paid by you. The limitations and exclusions in this section apply to the extent permitted by law.

Milestones reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions periodically, and you will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of your registration submission.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Palestine, and any disputes related to them shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Palestine.
