The Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) is a globally recognized certification designed for professionals who are involved in quality improvement projects and process optimization. This comprehensive program provides participants with a solid foundation in Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and techniques to lead small to medium-sized improvement initiatives or support Black Belt-led projects.
