Course Overview
This boot camp provides highly-designed exam preparation support for IIBA® certificates level two and three exam candidates, including both an IIBA® BABOK® content review and exam preparation tutorial. Participants will be given a Self-Assessment tool that help them assess their knowledge gaps as part of their Personal Action Plan. The course materials include a copy of the Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK®). This boot camp covers the knowledge areas, tasks and techniques in the Business Analysis Book of Knowledge (BABOK)® ver. 3.0 as a crucial preparation step for the IIBA Professional Credentials CBAP® & CCBA® exam. The workshops, discussions and questions practicing focus on highlighting the most common tips and tricks for exam writing. This boot camp helps the candidates build a solid mental process of business analysis, which will enable them to rationalize correct answers during the exam.

- CBAP and CCBA candidates registered for exam and in the middle of their studying / preparation process.
- Business Analysts with 3-5 years of experience.
Learning Objectives
By the end of the course, attendees will have achieved expert knowledge of business analysis according to the IIBA’s principles, based on latest edition of the BABOK®. This knowledge will enable learners to attempt the CBAP or CCBA certification exam and become globally certified business analysts.

- Improve their probability of passing the CBAP® exam.
- Identify their knowledge gaps through the use of module practice exams.

Throughout his career, Khaldoon has worked extensively in business analysis, requirements engineering, and enterprise software solutions. He has played a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact solutions. His expertise includes stakeholder management, requirements elicitation, process modeling, business process reengineering (BPR), and strategic decision-making based on data-driven insights.
Khaldoon has held several senior leadership roles, including Senior Consultant, Software Quality Assurance Manager, Testing Center of Excellence Manager, Software Development Director, and Technical Project Manager. He has led large-scale projects for global organizations, including General Motors, General Electric, Coca-Cola, PotashCorp, US Airways, Johnson & Johnson, and Varian Medical Systems, ensuring alignment between business objectives, user needs, and technological advancements.
