Ahmad brings a wealth of expertise and a distinguished career spanning 15 years in the fields of Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehousing Operations. His professional journey is characterized by a profound understanding of best practices across various facets of the supply chain landscape, including Supply Chain Process Optimization, Forecasting and Demand Management, Purchasing Strategies, Warehousing Operations Excellence, Logistics Coordination, Customs Clearance, Sales Operations, and Distribution Management.

Currently serving as the Supply Chain Manager at Masrouji Group since 2015, Ahmad has also held the position of Logistics Operations Manager at ARAMEX from 2009 to 2015. His tenure in these roles has been marked by a commitment to achieving operational excellence and driving the highest standards of efficiency.

Ahmad's dedication to the field extends beyond his managerial roles, as he has undertaken the role of a professional instructor specializing in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, and Inventory Control since 2014. His instructional contributions have been well-received, and he continues to actively impart his knowledge to aspiring professionals in the industry. Additionally, Ahmad is an accredited trainer for the Certified Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA) designation by the International Supply Chain Education Alliance (ISCEA), a recognition he has held since 2023.

Ahmad's educational background includes a degree in Industrial Engineering earned at An Najah National University, where he studied from 2001 to 2006. He has also acquired a range of professional certifications, including:
