Course Overview
The Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) is a globally recognized certification designed for professionals who are involved in quality improvement projects and process optimization. This comprehensive program provides participants with a solid foundation in Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and techniques to lead small to medium-sized improvement initiatives or support Black Belt-led projects. The course follows the ASQ Body of Knowledge (BoK) and equips learners with practical skills to analyze processes, identify root causes of defects, and implement sustainable solutions using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) framework.

- The overall course goal is to refresh your knowledge and help you in your preparation for the ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt Certification examination. With this course, you will be able to:
- Identify and take remedial action on gaps in your understanding of the CSSGB Body of Knowledge (BOK)
- Answer practice questions similar to the actual CSSGB certification exam
