Course Overview

CMA course is a professional certification credential in the management accounting and financial management fields. The certification signifies that the person possesses knowledge in the areas of financial planning, analysis, control, decision support, and professional ethics.

The CMA is a US based, globally recognized certification offered by the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA US). IMA US has a legacy of more than 100 years and as of date the membership of US CMA certified candidates is more than 1,40,000 across 150+ countries.

Bachelor degree on any subject. Students who are pursuing their bachelors are eligible to take the US CMA exams. Two years of professional experience in accounting or finance. For Freshers the experience requirement may be completed within 7 years of passing the examination.

A single level of examination which is divided into two parts. Candidates can attempt any part in any order as per their convenience. Each exam part is four hours in length . US CMA exam will have 100 multiple choice questions, followed by two 30-minute essay questions.

COURSE DIRECTOR - Fadi Imseih

Fadi currently serves as the Director of Internal Control at Palestine Islamic Bank which is listed on the Palestinian Stock Exchange and has been in this role since 2019. Prior to this, he has accumulated over 15 years of experience, expanding across the middle east and the GCC region, ranging in fields including financing, auditing, management consultancy and governance control frameworks.

His previous positions include various managerial and executive positions in a leading international accounting firm (PwC), a leading UAE based industrial and manufacturing group and the largest private asset owner in the UAE, KSA and Qatar oil & gas industry.

Since 2014, Fadi has also been a lead instructor in conducting training courses for multiple professional certifications including CIA, CMA and CPA (US) degrees in addition to conducting various tax related workshops for multiple clients in the UAE. He has also been invited to be a keynote speaker at the Abu Dhabi University in 2016 and is currently also serving on the Board of Trustees on the Ramallah Friends School (RFS) as well as being the Clerk of the RFS Financing Committee.

Fadi’s education includes obtaining a BA majoring in Accounting and minoring in Business Administration. In 2010 he obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license certification from the Colorado Board of Accountancy and in 2013 he obtained his Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) license certification from the Institute of Internal Auditors.
